COVID-19 Update

To ensure you have peace of mind, we wanted to update you on some measures we have in place to provide you with extra flexibility and confidence.

Optimum Flexibility

We have a range of exciting Australian and New Zealand tours now available. Due to the uncertainty around Covid-19 and when and where you can travel we’re inviting you to make a booking with no obligation and without paying any deposit for any of our 2021 Tours.

When we are certain a tour can depart we will contact you to confirm if you would still like to go ahead.

At that point, you can change your mind without incurring any cost.  Our team is available to help you with any questions and for more details on this offer, so whenever you feel comfortable to travel again, we will be here for you.

Our operating terms and conditions still apply when you confirm your booking.

Once a tour is confirmed we will ask you for either an interim payment or full payment.

At this point you may choose to cancel with no penalty. Once payment has been made our tour terms and conditions apply.

C R McPhail is committed to providing you with a safe travel environment. We provide all our clients with individual hand sanitisers and allow for social distancing on the coaches when travelling.
